Celebrating America’s 250th by Giving Back to Our Community

In celebration of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States, Raindrop Foundation Houston continues to work alongside our partner organizations to support meaningful community initiatives and serve those in need across the Greater Houston area.

As part of this effort, Embrace Relief, Raindrop Foundation Houston, and the American Turkic Business Council (ATBC) joined forces to donate five pallets of assorted, high-quality chocolates to Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston (IMHouston) for distribution to individuals and families in need.

IMHouston plays an important role in our community by providing food assistance and other essential services to seniors, individuals experiencing homelessness, refugees, and low-income families and individuals. Knowing that this donation will reach people in need and bring a smile to thousands of faces has been a truly rewarding experience for everyone involved.

Guided by the spirit of “We Love Our Country,” we believe that serving our neighbors is one of the most meaningful ways to contribute to a stronger and more united society. Through collaboration, compassion, and service, we strive to strengthen the values of kindness, respect, generosity, and mutual support within our community.

As we commemorate America’s 250th anniversary, we believe this milestone is also an opportunity to celebrate the spirit of service and giving that brings communities together.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Embrace Relief and the American Turkic Business Council for their partnership, to Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston for helping distribute these donations to those who need them most, and to all of our generous donors and dedicated volunteers whose support made this initiative possible.
