A night where longing turns into hope…

After moving audiences across Europe, Ümit Nağmeleri will now bring their heartfelt program, “After the Reunion with the Beloved,” to the United States. The performance will take place on October 12 in Houston, Texas.

This special evening is inspired by the passing of Fethullah Gülen Hocaefendi — a man who spent his life in service to humanity, spreading love, peace, and understanding. His departure from this world is seen not as an end, but as a reunion with his Beloved Creator.

Hocaefendi’s vision united millions of people from different cultures, languages, and faiths around shared values of compassion, respect, and dialogue. The Hizmet Movement, which he inspired, continues this legacy through education, humanitarian aid, cultural exchange, and bridge-building between hearts.

The five-part program will take the audience on an emotional journey — from Hocaefendi’s birth in Erzurum to his final days in the United States — using touching stories, meaningful poetry, and songs inspired by those poems. Beautiful animations and short theatrical sketches will bring these moments to life, allowing the audience to feel both the joy and the sorrow of this remarkable journey.

Talented young artists, educated in Hizmet-inspired schools around the world, will fill the stage with heartfelt performances — sometimes bringing tears, sometimes smiles, but always leaving the audience with a renewed sense of hope and connection.

Join us for a night where memories are shared, hearts are touched, and the message of love, peace, and service shines brightly — in honor of a life now reunited with the Beloved.
